When I was a teenager, was very popular in my classroom a copybook where every page had a question and everyone in my class should answer the copybook entirely. every day it was with a different person.

there was a lot of questions, like "what is your favourite colour?", "are you in crush with someone in the class?"... and goes on. sometimes it was polemical but almost all the time was very fun.

try to make questions everyone is comfortable to answer and can be anonymous. ;-) for sure, you'll get funny answers...
